Daycare & boarding policies
A little preparation helps keep every pup safe and happy. Please review these requirements before making a reservation.
1
Vaccination requirements
All dogs must have current vaccination records for Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Please provide these records before your first visit.
Dogs without up-to-date vaccinations cannot attend daycare or boarding.
2
Group play & socialization
Dogs joining group play must be friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable interacting with other dogs.
Dogs over 8 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play.
3
Individual Care Program
Not every pup enjoys group play, and that’s okay. Dogs who are comfortable with our staff but are not suitable for group play may join our Individual Care Program.
This includes dogs who prefer not to socialize with other dogs, do not meet group-play requirements, or are over 8 months old and not spayed or neutered.
An additional $15 daily fee applies to regular daycare or boarding rates. It covers dedicated staff attention, private activity rotations, individualized supervision, and personalized care outside group play.
4
Reservations & cancellations
